Job summary

Uplers in Bengaluru seeks an Enterprise Solutions Architect to own end-to-end AI solution architectures for large enterprises and public sector organizations, spanning infrastructure, data, application, and security layers. This full-time, on-site role requires engaging with CXOs and technical stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable designs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CXOs and technical stakeholders to map business objectives into scalable AI architectures.
• Create architecture documents, reference blueprints, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and partners to validate designs.
• Lead technical workshops, guide proofs of concept, and oversee deployment on on-prem/edge/hybrid clouds.
• Support RFP responses and pre-sales engagements with technical leadership.
• Contribute to governance, reusable assets, and best practices for future projects.
• Lead the engineering team post-deal to ensure delivery meets client commitments.

Job description

A full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. You'll design and own end-to-end AI solution architectures for large enterprises and public sector organizations spanning infrastructure, data, application, and security layers.

What you'll do

• Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI Factory and agentic system designs


• Create detailed architecture documents, reference blueprints, and integration patterns


• Work closely with product, data science, engineering, and partner teams to validate solution designs


• Lead technical workshops, guide proofs of concept, and ensure successful deployment on on-prem, edge, or hybrid cloud environments


• Provide technical leadership in RFP responses and support pre-sales engagements


• Contribute to best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable assets for future implementations


• Lead and manage the engineering team post-deal to ensure delivery aligns with client commitments

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal communication and executive presence able to hold a room with CXOs, BFSI decision-makers, or public sector leaders


• Demonstrated pre-sales or client-facing solution selling experience has independently led client pitches and contributed to deal closures


• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts LLMs, agentic AI, data pipelines, and model deployment


• Experience engaging with large enterprises or public sector organizations understands how these organisations think, procure, and decide


• Background from a product-based company (any domain)


• Demonstrated leadership experience - has led, managed, or mentored an engineering or technical team

Good to have

• Prior experience in BFSI-specific technology sales or solutioning


• Exposure to on-prem, air-gapped, or private cloud deployments


• Experience working in an early-stage startup (Series A and below preferred)


• Experience with RFP or tender responses for government or defence clients


• Prior role as Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, or COO/CTO at a startup
