The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, bridging native Android when needed and integrating RESTful APIs and payment gateways.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Flutter experience: 2-4 years building and releasing Flutter apps.
• Strong Android fundamentals (Kotlin/Java), Android SDK, and Jetpack components.
• Knowledge of mobile design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and OOP principles.
• Experience with local storage (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences).
• Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).
• Flutter testing: unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Prior native iOS (Swift) experience is a plus.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.

About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a motivated and talented Flutter Developer with hands‑on experience to join our growing mobile engineering team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain high‑performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications. You’ll leverage your Flutter skills to deliver beautiful cross‑platform experiences while utilizing your native Android background to bridge any platform‑specific gaps and optimize performance.

What Will You Do in this Role

• App Development: Design, build, and deploy cross‑platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. Implement clean and scalable architecture.
• Native Android Integration: Develop, optimize, and maintain native Android components and write platform‑specific code (Kotlin/Java) when native integration is required.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party SDKs, and payment gateways into mobile applications.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and designs into high‑quality, responsive, and pixel‑perfect mobile layouts.
• Performance Optimization: Diagnose bugs, fix bottlenecks, and optimize app performance (startup time, memory usage, and battery consumption).
• CI/CD & Publishing: Help manage the build, testing, and deployment pipeline, and publish apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
• Flutter Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience building and releasing Flutter applications.
• Android Fundamentals: Strong baseline knowledge of native Android development (Kotlin or Java), Android SDK, and Android Jetpack components.
• Architecture: Good understanding of mobile design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and OOP principles.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (Pull Requests, code reviews).
• Testing: Basic understanding of unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing in Flutter.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Prior experience with native iOS development (Swift) is a big plus.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to solve problems with out of the box thought process.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
