Pineswift Technologies is seeking a Solution Data Analyst to join our analytics team. You will work on BI solutions and data pipelines, collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies from a home-office setup.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, data validation, and hands-on use of BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or MicroStrategy. Excellent communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies.
• Hands-on BI solution development using Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or MicroStrategy.
• Experience with data processing/ETL tools like SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner is good to have.
• R&D environment to develop innovative visibility solutions.
• Role primarily home-office with collaboration across geographies.

We are looking to hire Solution Data Analyst. Below are the details:

Over-all Experience

• A minimum of 2-6 Year of work experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies
• Good hands-on experience in developing BI solutions using BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or MicroStrategy etc.
• Working knowledge of data processing/ ETL tools like SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner etc. is good to have
• This position requires working in a R&D set-up to develop innovative visibility solutions
• The work mostly will be based out of the home office and it will require collaboration with people/team across different geographies.

Key Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, understanding and validating data.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good hands on working experience on BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or MicroStrategy
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• knowledge of data processing using SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner etc. is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)
• Self-starter with a zeal for innovation and excellence in Client delivery
• Ability to work under tight timelines and handle project pressure
