Job summary

Lighthouse in Mumbai seeks a Solution Consultant for its AI & Analytics group to apply proprietary predictive AI and GenAI solutions to litigations and investigations. You will design analytics programs for corporate clients and ensure requirements drive development priorities.

The role blends consultative work with deep technical and workflow knowledge, requiring excellence in discovery processes and state-of-the-art analytics tools. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ litigation or eDiscovery industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years advanced analytics in eDiscovery.
  • Prior in-house corporate legal, law firm staff or eDiscovery vendor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute AI & Analytics client projects, including scoping and implementation leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and structured analytics.
  • Ensure client requirements remain current across the engagement lifecycle and (re)align development approach to those requirements.
  • Meticulous data tracking, statistical validation design and implementation, and metrics reporting for transparency of discovery analytics results.
  • Coordinate with support and technical teams to leverage Lighthouse capabilities for best-in-class client value.
  • Track and escalate project risks as needed.
  • Provide end-of-project metrics to inform ROI analyses and quarterly business reviews.
  • Contribute to operational initiatives; document lessons learned and implement AI/Analytics training curricula.
  • Provide requirements analysis and user validation input to product teams; collaborate with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews.

Solution Consultants in the AI & Analytics group are specialists focused on managing the application of our proprietary predictive AI and GenAI solutions for specific litigations and investigations. They also play a key role in designing and refining enterprise analytics programs for our corporate clients.


As part of an innovation-focused team, Lighthouse AI & Analytics consultants play a pivotal role in articulating and prioritizing the requirements for the next wave of our proprietary tools and play a central role in validating functionality of new tools once developed. This role is both highly consultative and highly process/tech-oriented requiring a deep knowledge of discovery workflows and requirements, and high literacy with respect to the state-of-the-art in discovery review and analytics technology.


What will this person do?


  • Execution of AI & Analytics client projects, including:



  • Scoping and implementation on projects leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics.

  • Ensuring client requirements remain current across the lifecycle of the engagement and (re)aligning development approach to those requirements.

  • Meticulous data tracking, statistical validation design and implementation, and metrics reporting to support the transparency and accountability of algorithmic discovery review.

  • Coordination with support and technical teams across the organization to ensure we are leveraging the full suite of LH capabilities to provide best-in-class support and value to our clients.

  • Tracking and escalating project risk concerns up the chain, as necessary.

  • Providing end-of-project metrics to inform ROI analyses and quarterly business reviews.



  • Contribution to operational initiatives, including:



  • Documenting lessons learned for internal discussion and process/technology improvements.

  • Implementing and updating AI & Analytics training curriculum (composed of a suite of documentation, simulation activities, and evaluation) for new members of the team or secondees from other groups who are supporting AI & Analytics workflows.

  • Providing requirements analysis and user validation input to our product development teams.

  • Collaborating with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Lighthouse AI & Analytics solutions.

  • Advanced degree preferred in relevant discipline (law, technology, statistics)

  • Minimum 5 years’ litigation or eDiscovery industry experience required.

  • Minimum 3 years advanced analytics in eDiscovery required.

  • Prior in-house corporate legal, law firm legal staff or eDiscovery vendor experience required.

  • Excellent knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including key applications and programs such as Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), and comparable analytics platforms.

  • Excellent knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery process and concepts

  • Proven success and desire to consult with clients/internal departments, projecting expertise and solving day-to-day challenges as well as strategic challenges.

  • Experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from other departments preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and internal staff (demonstrated both in relaxed atmosphere and under pressure)

  • Customer service demeanor: consultative, approachable, respectful, and polite

  • Ability to multitask under pressure.


Work Environment and Physical Demands


  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.

  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.

  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
