Job summary

Ivalua is seeking a Solution Configurator Specialist to join our Pune team. You will help prepare the demo platform with relevant use cases, data, and demo stories for customers and prospects.

The role requires a technical background, strong SQL/ETL skills, and familiarity with procurement software. You will collaborate across teams in a fast-growing, international environment and contribute to high-quality demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role.
• Strong in SQL, database management, workflow, and ETL configuration.
• Experience with procurement processes and procurement software solutions is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience building, testing, or maintaining in-house AI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Ivalua platform to help Solution Consultants articulate its value.
• Collaborate with Solution Experts to implement use cases across the S2P stream (Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, SRM).
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions based on different requirements.

Our Solution consulting department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around seventy experts leveraging IVALUA procurement solutions. The Solution Configurator team supports the global Solution Consulting operation to build product-based solutions that illustrate the full capability of the Ivalua source-to-pay platform, meet customer requirements, and differentiate us from competitors.

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Solution Configurator Specialist to join our fast-growing Solution Configurator team, in Pune, India. Reporting to the Solution Configurator Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the platform we use to demo our solutions to customers and prospects is packed with relevant use cases, demo stories, and rich data.

What You Will Do With Us:

• Leverage the extensive technical capability and flexibility of the Ivalua platform to help Solution Consultants articulate the value of the Ivalua platform.
• Collaborate with Solution Expert in implementing specific use cases across the S2P stream (e.g., Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management).
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions based on different requirements.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong in SQL, database management, workflow, and ETL configuration.
• Experience with procurement processes and procurement software solutions is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience building, testing, or maintaining in-house AI platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills :

• BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease in a multicultural environment
• Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams.
