The position involves partnering with sales, solution consulting, and customer success to shape value-based engagements, with a hybrid office model in India, Singapore, Australia, and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, value engineering, or finance roles.
• Experience developing business cases and presenting to senior executives.
• Track record leading or contributing to digital procurement, supply chain, or finance/ops transformation.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, ROI modeling, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead value discovery and ROI engagements with executive sponsors (CFO, CPO, CIO) at key prospects and customers.
• Build business cases quantifying the benefits and impact of our solutions.
• Deliver executive presentations demonstrating clear economic justification and transformation outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams to shape deals and post-go-live value realization.
• Coach regional teams on integrating value conversations into customer lifecycle and contribute to methodologies.

As we continue to grow across EMEA, North America, and APAC, we’re building a Value Engineering (VE) team that partners directly with senior executives to quantify and articulate the business value of digital procurement transformation. The Ivalua Value Engineering (VE) team is a highly strategic, executive-facing unit that partners directly with senior leaders (like CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs) at large global enterprises. They bridge the gap between technology and finance, helping prospective and existing customers quantify and track the hard business impact of digital procurement transformations.

ROLE

The Value Engineering Lead, Asia Pacific will define, deliver, and scale the value assessment for enterprise and public sector prospects across the Asia-Pacific region (mainly in India, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and South-East Asia). You’ll work directly with senior executive stakeholders to model ROI, build transformation roadmaps, and guide executive decisions throughout the buying and adoption journey.

This role blends consulting, storytelling, and analytical rigor—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business impact, technology, and enterprise transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Lead value discovery and ROI engagements with executive sponsors (CFO, CPO, CIO) at key prospects and customers.
• Build business cases quantifying the benefits and impact of our solutions.
• Deliver executive presentations demonstrating clear economic justification and transformation outcomes.

Strategic Influence

• Partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Systems Integrators, and other go-to-market teams to shape deals and post-go-live value realization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in large strategic pursuits, influencing deal structure and commercial approach.
• Represent the Asia-Pacific region in the global value engineering team, contributing to methodologies and playbooks.
• Develop frameworks for opportunity assessment, ROI modeling, and value tracking.
• Coach regional account teams on how to integrate value conversations into every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute value insights to Ivalua’s procurement thought leadership.

Leadership & Growth

• Improve the foundation for the Asia-Pacific Value Engineering function—better processes, new tools including Agentic AI, and more insightful metrics.
• Mentor sales, solution consultants, customer success, and services advisory team members to drive value engineering adoption and customer centricity.
• Collaborate with global peers to maintain a unified approach to value storytelling and measurement.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Skills

• 10+ yearsin management consulting, value engineering, or finance roles, ideally at enterprise software / technology vendors or consulting firms.
• Proven experiencedeveloping business casesandpresenting to senior executives(CFO/CPO/CIO).
• Track record of leading or contributing todigital procurement, supply chain, or finance / operations transformationprograms.
• Deep familiarity withSaaS business models and processes,ROI modeling, andvalue realization.
• Strongfinancial acumen and ability to model and translate data into compelling executive narratives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling—comfortable leading workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences.
• Self-starter mindset, ability to work in autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Procurement / Source‑to‑Pay (S2P), finance, or supply chain domains.
