Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Solution Architecture Associate Manager to join our Service Supply Chain team in India. You will design and deliver BPaaS or Managed Service solutions, collaborating with business development, SMEs and sales to promote growth.

You will lead solution configuration, ensure a simplified process, and address client requirements with deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain, working with global teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in consulting, professional services, or supply chain services industry.
• 5+ years of advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with diverse, global teams.
• Experience managing client relationships to develop long term business partnerships.
• Willing to take ownership and be proactive in displaying a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Flexible working style with high degree of independence and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Form accurate interpretations of client expectations and plan solutions accordingly.
• Solutions must map planned business outcomes to well defined solution components in alignment with client expectations.
• Build solution plans including documenting RACIs, Risks, Operating Models, Governance, Timelines, Technology, Costing and Mobilization components leveraging Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve consensus on solution plans and deliverability.
• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
• Interact with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach Has some latitude in making decisions.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures to create value propositions, benchmarks and industry standards for future re-use.
• Decisions have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility.
• Manage small medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Operate as a single point of contact or as part of a team on large deals with multiple SAs accountable to the SA SPOC from Stage 1 to deal closure.

You will be responsible for solution configuration of client requirements and integration with sales to promote growth. We ensure a simplified solutioning process to reduce solution turnaround time, industrialize our ability to respond to RFPs and support sales opportunities. In this role, you will design, implement and direct a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge. You will showcase deep functional and industry content expertise in Supply Chain while working with other SMEs and specialists to construct holistic value-based propositions throughout the sales life-cycle – from early origination and business development through to detailed solutioning design and contracting.
