Molex is seeking a Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect to advance our global supply chain planning capabilities. You will partner with supply chain and IT stakeholders, designing scalable solutions across demand, supply, capacity, and S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• SAP planning and MRP integration with Kinaxis.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Kinaxis Solution Architect for supply chain planning capabilities, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Lead discovery workshops and planning initiatives to identify opportunities that enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Architect and enhance global S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and execution-related capabilities within Kinaxis.
• Design and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro solutions that improve decision-making, visibility, and planning effectiveness.
• Guide integration strategies between Kinaxis and ERP platforms to ensure reliable planning data across the enterprise.
• Drive successful solution delivery through design, testing, deployment, hypercare support, and continuous improvement activities.
• Evaluate emerging Kinaxis capabilities and technology enhancements to help shape the future supply chain planning roadmap.

You will join Molex's Digital Supply Chain Planning team, a global organization focused on advancing planning capabilities through technology, process excellence, and data-driven decision making. Our team partners closely with business leaders, planners, and technology teams around the world to enable a more connected, agile, and resilient supply chain.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the Kinaxis Solution Architect for supply chain planning capabilities, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Lead discovery workshops and planning initiatives to identify opportunities that enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Architect and enhance global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and execution-related capabilities within the Kinaxis platform.
• Design and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro solutions that improve decision-making, visibility, and planning effectiveness.
• Guide integration strategies between Kinaxis and ERP platforms to ensure reliable and accurate planning data across the enterprise.
• Drive successful solution delivery through design, testing, deployment, hypercare support, and continuous improvement activities.
• Evaluate emerging Kinaxis capabilities and technology enhancements to help shape the future supply chain planning roadmap.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience supporting supply chain planning systems and advanced planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and related end-to-end planning processes.
• Hands‑on expertise with Kinaxis RapidResponse and/or Maestro, including solution design, configuration, data modeling, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Working knowledge of SAP planning and MRP concepts, including experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications and supporting solution delivery through testing and deployment activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related STEM field.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Kinaxis certifications, including Solution Architect and/or Admin/Author Level 3.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations involving planning master data, SAP tables, and closed-loop planning processes.
• Expertise in performance tuning, constraint management, BOMs, routings, scenario analysis, and optimization of large-scale planning solutions.
• Experience leading global implementations and influencing adoption of standardized planning processes and solution best practices.
• Experience supporting highly integrated planning environments within a global manufacturing organization.
