Job summary

Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to be the first line of support for data-related issues. You will help maintain project and portfolio reports, ensure governance compliance, and support cross-functional teams to keep data complete.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers, maintain master data, and help deliver accurate, timely information while supporting global meetings and initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of project management or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Ability to clearly communicate project-related technical details with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings for global meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and standards across CSBU projects and PM tools.
• Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and metadata issues from integrated systems.
• Support Portfolio Managers and Project Managers in charter creation, setup, and documentation.
• Maintain master data with validations, updates, and audits against SAP and Navigator.
• Develop and maintain reports tracking progress, compliance, and data completeness.
• Conduct cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment between PM tools and business systems.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process docs, guidelines, and training materials.
• Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of PM tools and processes.
• Provide operational, reporting, and coordination support to CSBU leadership.
• Proactively seek clarity and drive continuous improvement in PM operations.

Our TeamMolex’s Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) is a global team that works together to deliver exceptional products to worldwide telecommunication and data center customers. CSBU is one of the most highly technically advanced business units within Molex. Its objective is to develop the technology that customers will need in the next 2-5 years.

What You Will Do

• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and standards across CSBU projects within Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and supporting databases.
• Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, missing metadata, and data quality issues within project information received from integrated enterprise systems.
• Support Portfolio Managers and Project Managers in project charter creation, project setup, documentation, and related activities.
• Maintain project management master data, including validations, updates, corrections, and periodic audits against source systems such as SAP and Navigator.
• Develop and maintain projects and portfolio reports that track project progress, compliance, resource alignment, and data completeness.
• Perform regular cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment and consistency between project management tools and integrated business systems.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, guidelines, and training materials related to project management processes and tools.
• Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of project management tools, processes, and standards across the business unit.
• Provide operational, reporting, and coordination support to the CSBU Director of Project Management, Portfolio Managers, and Project Managers.
• Demonstrate a self-driven approach to seeking clarity, ensuring information accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within project management operations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Any bachelor’s degree with 1 year project management or manufacturing industry Related experience
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Ability to effectively communicate project-related technical details with cross-functional team members.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings to accommodate global meetings.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Strong oral and written English communication skills and ability to Conduct calls with overseas stakeholders.
• Experience in presenting project information to Executive Leadership.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or business‑critical applications is preferred
