Synectics APAC is seeking a Senior Lead for Supply Chain Planning to drive end-to-end consulting engagements across industries and geographies.

You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and network optimization projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong o9 implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or both.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization.
• Experience in supply chain technology consulting and solution implementation.
• Ability to lead supply chain planning projects and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix management environment.
• Strong planning, organization, multitasking, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver Supply Chain Planning consulting engagements across different industries, sectors, and geographies.
• Drive solutions across areas such as: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Network Optimization.
• Lead teams working across multiple and geographically distributed projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist clients with the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain solutions.
• Provide functional and business process expertise throughout consulting engagements.
• Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple client stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and global resources.
• Guide clients on industry best practices and supply chain process benchmarks.
