Job summary

Mindsprint BTS is hiring a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide supply chain planning transformation in Bengaluru. You will orchestrate IBP, demand, supply, and production planning programs and craft maturity roadmaps to lift forecast accuracy and service levels.

You will advise clients on planning architectures, data needs, and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in IBP, S&OP/S&OE, and end-to-end planning.
Strong ability to advise on tool selection and roadmaps.
Experience across multi-market planning transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide planning transformation programs (IBP, demand, supply, production).
Develop planning maturity roadmaps to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
Advise on architecture and analytics for end-to-end visibility.
Lead C-suite workshops and transformation business cases.
Play key role in planning platform assessments and selections.

Scenario Planning and What-If Simulation
Develop planning maturity roadmaps that improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, customer service levels and planning responsiveness.
Drive operating model redesign and organizational transformations to create world-class planning functions.

Executive Advisory & Business Consulting

Serve as trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance leadership teams.
Lead C-suite workshops to:
Assess planning capabilities and maturity
Develop transformation business cases
Support clients in building planning organizations capable of delivering measurable business outcomes and enterprise agility.

Lead planning platform assessments, selection and transformation programs involving:

SAP IBP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, OMP, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Anaplan, Supply Chain Digital Twin platforms

Advise clients on:

Planning architecture strategy
Data and analytics requirements
AI-enabled planning capabilities
End-to-end supply chain visibility
Control tower enablement
Autonomous and cognitive planning solutions
Work closely with technology teams to ensure business objectives are translated into scalable digital solutions.

Consulting Delivery Excellence

Lead large-scale consulting engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and value realization.

Ensure delivery excellence while maintaining high client satisfaction and measurable business impact.
