Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure and React to design scalable enterprise solutions and drive AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape.

You will design end-to-end architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, lead a development team, and deliver cloud-based solutions on Azure, leveraging Functions and Durable Functions. Prior experience in AI SDLC and insurance domain is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of IT experience.
• .NET, Azure and React proficiency as full stack engineer.
• Strong backend experience with SQL.
• Ability to design architectural solutions.
• Ability to estimate features and create technical artifacts.
• Experience with Azure services including Functions.
• Background in AI SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of insurance value chain and excess lines is a plus.

• Build and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Apply AI-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools where applicable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of technical solutions

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT
• Proficiency in .NET, Azure and React as a full stack engineer
• Strong backend experience, including SQL
• Skills in designing architectural solutions
• Capability to work with stakeholders, estimate features, create technical artifacts and lead a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
• Background in AI SDLC practices
• Nice to have Understanding of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
• Knowledge of specialty products, particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
• Experience in Actuarial reserving
• Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools
