Job summary

EPAM Systems in India seeks a seasoned Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure and React to design scalable enterprise solutions and drive AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape. You will design end-to-end solutions, engage with stakeholders, estimate features and lead delivery across backend, frontend and cloud layers.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, Azure and React as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong backend experience, including SQL.
• Skills in designing architectural solutions.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, estimate features and create technical artifacts, and lead a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions.
• Background in AI SDLC practices.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
• Knowledge of specialty products, particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
• Experience in Actuarial reserving
• Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools
