EPAM Systems, Inc. in Pune District, Maharashtra, India seeks a senior full stack engineer to design and architect scalable solutions using .NET, Azure, and React.

You will lead technical delivery from estimation through deployment, mentor engineers, and integrate AI-native practices into the lifecycle. The role emphasizes backend development with SQL, architecture planning, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a full stack engineer with expertise in .NET, Azure and React.
• Strong background in backend development, including SQL.
• Architectural design and solution planning experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder communication throughout the development process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions.
• Familiarity with AI SDLC practices and agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools.
• Nice to have knowledge of Insurance value chain, from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding.
• Familiarity with specialty products in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors.
• Background in Actuarial reserving.
