Experian is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and modernization of enterprise-scale Microsoft .NET and Azure solutions. You will shape technology strategy, drive cloud transformation, and guide AI-enabled digital platform initiatives in a global tech-first organization.

You will mentor teams, oversee CI/CD and governance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while delivering secure, scalable cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 13+ years in Microsoft app development and solution architecture.
• 4+ years delivering Azure cloud solutions; strong C#, .NET.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and modernization of enterprise-scale Microsoft .NET and Azure solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, drive cloud transformation, and help shape the future of AI-enabled digital platforms within a global, technology-driven organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of Microsoft .NET applications and Azure-based solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures using Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, and data platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and engineering governance standards.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, and DevOps best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• 13+ years of experience in Microsoft application development and solution architecture, including 4+ years delivering Azure cloud solutions.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure technologies, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or Blazor.
• Expertise in architectural patterns, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and GenAI solution development.
• AI-driven development practices, prompt orchestration, RAG architectures, and responsible AI governance.
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, ETL, and enterprise data platforms.
• Measuring and driving the impact of AI tools on engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.
