Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud services.
• Expertise in ReactJS framework including JSX/TSX, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Middleware, and Routing.
• Knowledge of Lifecycle methods, Hooks, HOC, Memoization, and Optimization.
• Proficiency with NextJS, Apollo GraphQL Client, and familiarity with web theming and SCSS.
• Understanding of web accessibility (AA standards) and internationalization.
• Background in web security practices and user authentication strategies.
• Competency in unit testing using RTL and familiarity with agile project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, high-performing full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, ReactJS, and AWS.
• Design and implement advanced React components with TypeScript, manage state with Redux/Redux Toolkit, and ensure code efficiency and reusability.
• Oversee Apollo GraphQL Client integration to manage data/state in networked React apps.
• Ensure internationalization and AA accessibility compliance across all web applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS to optimize architecture and performance.
• Develop unit testing strategies using RTL to ensure robust, error-free code.
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting a culture of learning and growth in the team.

Requirements
