Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years) with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js, RESTful API development, database design, and application architecture. The candidate should be capable of independently handling development tasks, making technical decisions, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with team members to deliver reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build modern, responsive, and user‑friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Develop reusable components, modular architectures, and maintainable codebases following industry best practices.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role‑based access control (RBAC) using JWT, OAuth, and other security mechanisms.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, external services, and payment gateways where required.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend, backend, and database‑related issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js, including its App Router, server‑side rendering (SSR), and server‑side capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, Mongoose, aggregation pipelines, and database optimization.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth, and role‑based access control.
• Good understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with application debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to independently handle development tasks, analyze requirements, and deliver solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
