EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Solution Architect with Java full stack expertise to deliver secure, scalable fintech software. You will lead technology direction across regions and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to establish shared best practices.

You will coach engineering squads, accelerate delivery with microservices knowledge, and partner with product owners to ensure reliable deployments in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Over 14 years of experience in product engineering with scalable solutions.
• Strong fundamentals in CS, web apps, and microservices design.
• Experience building financial systems with high throughput and availability.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and backend Java tech.
• Leverages cloud platforms and DevOps practices to deliver value.
