Job summary

Rakuten Symphony in Bengaluru seeks a senior solution architect to develop customer solution architecture in dedicated area of competence. You will blueprint cloud-native 5G solutions, translate stakeholder requirements into integrated designs, and guide cross-geo delivery with multi-vendor partners.

Strong knowledge of 5G/4G networks, OSS/BSS, OAM services, and industrial applications will help drive value for enterprises.

Qualifications

• Create solution design, including architecture and overall solution integration using multi-vendor, cross-geo strategy.
• Blueprint solutions using cloud native 5G technologies by applying proven methods and methodologies.
• Possess experience with System Engineering, Design, and Testing, and have knowledge of wireless networks, 5G, access, SA, NR, core, MEC, NaaS/APIs, L1/L2/L3, fronthaul/backhaul concepts.
• Have experience with OSS/BSS and OAM services in 4G and 5G deployments.
• Possess knowledge of 5G/4G network elements and functionality, including architecture, concepts, and network flows for data, voice, messaging, signaling, etc.
• Have an excellent understanding of the application of 5G across industry-verticals (manufacturing, automotive, retail, etc.) to create value propositions for enterprises.
• Possess knowledge of the private wireless (5G) and IIoT ecosystem and integration points: monitoring, alarming, performance, inventory, etc.

• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.
• Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organisational unit.
• Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / workteam / taskforces.
