Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect to define target architecture for Finance and ESG applications, ensuring compliance with data governance, integration standards, and security. You will own post-go-live operations and guide vendor and internal teams.

You will work across R2R, O2C, P2P, and consolidation processes, bridging IT, Finance, and Sustainability, with strong English communication and experience in OneStream ESG modules and multi-ERP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture within Finance IT.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, Consolidation).
• Experience with OneStream, including ESG modules.
• Experience with multiERP environments and other Finance applications, including FIS GetPaid.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, e.g. CSRD, GRI, SASB.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and modern integration technologies.
• Ability to work across strategic architecture and hands-on delivery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge IT, Finance, and Sustainability.
• Experience in Application lifecycle management and proactive technical application ownership.
• Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones.
• Excellent Working English, verbal and in writing.

• Ensure integrations follow enterprise patterns, including APIs, ETL/ELT, and event-driven architecture.
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, trusted data.
• Support business owners with continuous improvement.
