Qualificações

• 8+ years in Solution Architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and enterprise integration platforms.
• MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, Power Platform, or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, HCM, CMS, and CLM.
• Cloud services, cloud-native development, and AI technologies.
• Experience with DevSecOps, SRE, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong solution design, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define multiple solution options aligned to business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to drive enterprise-wide business application architecture, solution design, and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce, SAP, integration platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.


• Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), solution roadmaps, and architecture patterns aligned with enterprise strategy.


• Maintain architecture mapping across business capabilities, applications, and data.


• Provide technical leadership to development teams and implementation partners.


• Review and approve solution designs while ensuring compliance with architecture principles and standards.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.


• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical documentation.


• Mentor teams on architecture best practices, governance, and technology standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.


• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, and enterprise integration platforms.


• Knowledge of MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, or Automation Anywhere.


• Good understanding of enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, HCM, CMS, and CLM.


• Expertise in cloud services, cloud-native development, and AI technologies.


• Experience with DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cybersecurity practices.


• Strong understanding of solution design, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.


• Ability to define multiple solution options and align technology decisions with business objectives.


• Experience working with business analysis, programme management, and application development teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or engineering-based organizations.


• Formal qualifications in development languages or enterprise application platforms.
