Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder ESP Consultant to join the Emerging Platforms – Delivery department in Bengaluru. The role covers end‑to‑end solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment of Blue Yonder planning modules to support global supply chain transformations.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise with strong technical acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills, and is ready to lead initiatives across large-scale projects

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or planning solutions, preferably with Blue Yonder ESP.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Blue Yonder ESP modules.
• Proven track record delivering global supply chain transformation programs.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions within the Blue Yonder ESP framework.
• Configure and implement supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning models.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans across units, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Diagnose issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and communicate resolutions to users.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development.
• Lead testing and deployment activities, manage sign‑offs, and oversee production releases.
• Collaborate with SAP ERP teams to integrate Blue Yonder planning solutions with ERP systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and deliver solution documentation and training materials.
• Monitor performance post‑go‑live and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning processes
• Hands‑on experience configuring and implementing Blue Yonder ESP modules
• Proven track record delivering global supply chain transformation programs
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to design and execute test plans across multiple testing phases
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Immediate or earliest availability preferred
