Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Solution Architect for Data & Analytics to design, implement, and maintain scalable BI architectures. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data models and analytics solutions, evaluate BI tools, and ensure governance and security across BI lifecycles.

The role requires leadership in ETL design, data integration, and performance optimization, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced analytics

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining BI architecture supporting analytics needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ETL design, data governance, and security practices.
