Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Solution Analyst - Data and Analytics to design and implement BI solutions, gather requirements, and help build scalable data models. You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess BI tools and ensure data governance and security while driving continuous improvement.

The role involves monitoring BI performance, supporting BI developers, and staying current with industry trends. Office-based in India with flex-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Master's degree in Data Science.
• Experience with BI tools and data analytics is a plus.
