Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Solution Analyst - Data and Analytics to design and implement BI solutions that power organizational reporting and analytics. You will gather requirements, evaluate BI tools, and help build data models and ETL processes under guidance from senior architects.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, supporting BI developers and users, and ensuring data governance and security compliance while staying updated on BI trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics; a Master's in Data Science is also listed.
• Experience with BI tools and data architecture is expected.
• Strong data governance and analytical capabilities are required.
