Job summary

Sodhini in Pune, India seeks a systems analyst to align customer requirements with product specs and formalize them for system design. You will manage customer expectations, create design artifacts, and ensure consistency across subsystems while supporting testing and change control processes.

You will also contribute to project documentation, training, and proposal preparation, taking technical ownership on assignments.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization.
• Experience in system design and creating design artifacts.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate into specs.

• Perform compliancy analysis and compare customer requirements with product specifications.
• Formalize user requirements as a starting point of the system design.
• Manage customer expectations of system capabilities.
• Create design artifacts including operational concepts, functional design, interface specifications, system design and decomposition.
• Manage consistency between system design and subsystem under development.
• Support operational process of the customer (training, analysis).
• Support system test team in test design and test result analysis.
• Participate in system change control board meetings (incl. analysis of defects and change proposals).
• Advise on alternative solutions, taking project impact (cost, risk, time) into considerations.
• Provide planning for design activities.
