Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 20+ years of software architecture experience to lead enterprise solutions. You will design scalable architectures using Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP and modern frameworks, and drive microservices, containers, and API management.

The role requires hands-on Azure cloud skills, DevSecOps integration, and expertise with CAST and vFunction for modernization, plus strong database migration experience and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
• Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP and modern Java frameworks.
• Strong experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Sonar and other related tools).
• Experience with CAST and vFunction for application analysis and modernization.
• Strong background in database migration, especially from Oracle ExaCC to PostgreSQL or other cloud-native databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
