Qualifications

• At least 14–19 years of experience in solution architecture and software development.
• Expertise in Java and Azure with a strong background in modernization technologies.
• Experience in designing scalable architectures using microservices.
• Proficiency in reverse engineering legacy systems for modernization purposes.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (Azure Solution Architect experience is mandatory).
• Skills in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Understanding of modernization tools, methodologies, and cloud transformation techniques.
• Strong communication and leadership aptitude for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in business transformation initiatives and IT modernization strategies.
• Qualifications in Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Showcase of using PostgreSQL or NoSQL DBs effectively.
