Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations, with strong experience in AWS/Azure/GCP and AI integration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT.
• Proven Solution Architect experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Angular, Python, C++.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras).
• Production AI deployments—performance & scalability.
• Familiarity with POD‑based execution.

Job Overview

Solution Architect – design and implement scalable, high‑performance solutions for AdTech products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Employment type: Full‑time • Experience required: 6+ years • Location: Chennai (Work From Office) • Salary: up to 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end solution architectures for web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional POD teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) to deliver iterative solutions.
• Ensure clear ownership of deliverables within the POD and drive accountability.
• Define and refine POD stages to align with organisational objectives.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define technical requirements.
• Lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for system integrations, APIs, and microservices.
• Ensure solutions meet non‑functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security.
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, solution blueprints, work‑flows, and technical roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams during development and deployment.
• Review code and provide technical insights to improve quality and performance.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and drive innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend the best tools and frameworks.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as Solution Architect or similar.
• Expertise in Java, Angular, Python, C++.
• Proficiency with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras).
• Experience deploying AI models in production, including performance and scalability optimisations.
• Understanding of DL, NLP, CV, or generative AI.
• Hands‑on experience with model fine‑tuning, transfer learning, hyper‑parameter optimisation.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience in API design, data pipelines, AI service integration.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI, Git, MLflow, DVC.
• Track record of leading AI‑driven projects from ideation to deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with POD‑based execution models.
• Strong problem‑solving and design skills.
• Excellent communication to articulate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e‑commerce, AdTech, or OOH advertising technology.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certification in cloud technologies (AWS Solutions Architect).
