Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect MERN Stack to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, be capable of leading a team of developers, and drive technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

The incumbent will play a key role in defining application architecture, mentoring development teams, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Design robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
• Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
• Ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Full Stack Development

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using MERN Stack:
• MongoDB

• Build responsive and intuitive frontend applications.
• Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Full Stack Developers.

• Allocate technical tasks and provide architectural guidance.
• Support developers in resolving complex technical issues.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
