Job Description: Technology Lead/Architect

Role Overview

We are building a next-generation healthcare platform (EMR, Patient Intake, Admin Systems, and Analytics-driven workflows) and are looking for a Technology Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of system design, scalability, and production reliability.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work closely with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Business teams to design systems that directly influence patient experience, conversion, and operational efficiency.

This role is not limited to high-level design — you are expected to drive execution, solve real-world problems, and ensure production success.
