Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking a Solution Architect in India for a senior role focused on Java web applications and cloud-native architecture. The candidate will design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Required: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/M.Tech and 15+ years in Java-based development with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and modern cloud practices. On-site India with potential for future remote options.

Qualifications

• Analyse requirements, design & develop the best solution to solve complex business problems.
• Define features, development phases, and solution requirement to all the stakeholders.
• Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed and delivered.
• Should have the ability to select the technology stack based on the requirements.
• Strong knowledge in designing the solution keeping in mind the security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a solution.
• Proven expertise in creating prototypes of the solutions.
• Ability in setting collaboration framework and supporting project management.
• Should be hands-on and should be able to coach and mentor the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications
• 15+ years of experience in building cloud applications using Serverless / Micro services architecture
• Expertise knowledge and experience in Core Java (Principles and Implementation)
• Have 15+ years of experience in development and delivery with Java 8 or above.
• Expertise on frameworks like Spring boot, Hibernate and other open source tools for web application development.
• Sound knowledge on database integration with Hibernate or any other ORMs
• Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
• Have experience with any SQL & No-SQL databases (MySQL/MariaDB/SQL Server/Postgres/Oracle, HBase/Cassandra/MongoDB)
• Knowledge and hands on experience in Containerization (Docker with Kubernetes or any orchestrator)
• Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Knowledge on DevOps
