Job summary

Primus Global Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Solution Architect to define architecture for change projects and support delivery of business outcomes that benefit customers and colleagues.

You will work with Wealth Enterprise Architecture, API, Core Platforms, Security and CRM teams to architect and deliver solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integrated with the existing Wealth technology stack.

• You'll be working closely with stakeholders to contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions, validating alignment with the bank's strategic target architecture and roadmap

What you'll do

As a Solution Architect, you'll be collaborating with Wealth Enterprise Architecture, API, Core Platforms, Security and Natwest Group CRM Centre of Excellence enterprise, along with the Wealth CRM platforms team to architect and deliver solutions leveraging Microsoft D365 as the new CRM in Wealth, integrated with existing Wealth technology stack.

You'll be supporting the growth of architecting capability, of the solution and its interfaces, validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and support the functional consultants and CRM engineers with lower level solution design to ensure that develop the a pipeline of features and improvements to allow frequent and incremental delivery of end-user value whilst leveraging Microsoft latest innovations and contributing to the development of architecture skills across the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, lessons learned, and mentoring others.

As well as this, you'll be:

• Leading on the development of High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), interacting with WCDIO Enterprise Architects, Security, Infrastructure, API and Data colleagues
• Owning the technical design issues and driving resolution through the iteration of the technical solution design
• Leading the activities to shape requirements, validating designs and prototypes to deliver change that aligns with the target architecture
• Promoting adaptive design practices to drive collaboration of feature teams around a common technical vision using continuous feedback
• Making recommendations of potential impacts to existing and prospective end-users of the latest technology and clients' trends

The skills you'll need

To take on this role, you'll need practitioner knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, modern technologies such as Cloud, microservices and AI, agile architecture and DevOps practices, including a deep understanding of business use cases and emerging trends that drive organisational success.

You'll bring practitioner experience of defining and developing strategic solution architectures that align with organisational objectives. This will include experience of engaging with partners across the organisation to define architectures that deliver tangible business outcomes.

You'll also demonstrate experience of:

• Collaborative decision-making processes, partnering with business and technology colleagues to articulate and evolve architectural direction
• Creating business cases to influence senior stakeholders to secure investment for architecture initiatives
• Participating in overseeing and assuring the quality of architecture designs, with a focus on risk management and governance
• Supporting architecture and design reviews to validate that solutions meet business needs and comply with architecture standardsPeople capability development, including mentoring, supporting professional development, encouraging knowledge sharing across architecture teams and promoting best practices
