Job summary

Numato Systems in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a hands-on electronics assembler with 1–5 years of experience to perform kit and BOM verification, component placement, and soldering across TH and basic SMD processes.

The role emphasizes adherence to IPC, ESD, quality standards and timely production. You will maintain records and support new associates while contributing to daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/BSc Electronics or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform kit verification and BOM verification as assigned.
• Select, prepare, and place components per BOM.
• Perform component forming and assembly independently.
• Thorough hand soldering of through-hole and basic SMD as per instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements (Q3 and Q4).
• Identify soldering defects and perform basic rework when authorized.
• Meet monthly productivity targets within work-hour standards.
• Follow ESD, IPC, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain production documents and records.
• Report equipment or tooling issues to the supervisor.
• Support new associates as required.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved within planned timelines.

• Ensure production schedules are achieved within planned timelines.
• Report equipment or tooling issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain required production documents and records.
• Achieve monthly productivity targets as per work-hour standards.
• Follow ESD, IPC, quality, and safety standards.
• Support new associates whenever required.
