Qualifications

• 3–5 years in defence & aerospace manufacturing environment with hand soldering experience.
• Hand soldering experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build RF cable assemblies by following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools specific to wire harness & RF/coax cable assembly up to minimum of 6GHz.
• Learn and perform basic functional testing on completed assemblies.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Summary

Hand soldering in coaxial assembly for RF cable assemblies up to 6GHz.

Key Responsibilities

• Build RF cable assemblies by following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in defence & aerospace manufacturing environment; hand soldering experience is mandatory; preference for coaxial cable assembly experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep experience in hand soldering using resistance soldering and/or Weller soldering station; knowledge of good/bad soldering techniques and rework.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and high precision.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in circuit branch.
