Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service engineering experience in solar power projects.
• Expertise in solar installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles and test equipment.
• Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with customer relationship management, technical support, issue tracking and quality assurance.
• Experience with large-scale solar installations and renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in customer-facing roles.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in field service engineering with a focus on solar power systems and commercial or industrial-scale solar projects.
• Strong expertise in solar system installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, test equipment, and system diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in customer relationship management, technical support, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
• Experience with large-scale solar power installations and renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards, quality processes, and performance optimization practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing environments.
