ROLE

• Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.
• Educate customers on solar energy, benefits, and ROI calculations in a simple, compelling manner.
• Understand the customer’s electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest SolarSquare.
• Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction
• Conduct site assessments
• Close deals

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–5 years in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales
• Prior solar experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & Hindi/English
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling
• Proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Must own a smartphone with internet access
• Open to working on weekends
