Job summary

Vaagdhara is seeking a Programme Facilitator in Rajasthan with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time permanent role. The position focuses on mapping water resources, watershed design, and water-use optimization. You will lead participatory budgeting and equitable water distribution, promote rainwater harvesting, and collaborate with government and research bodies to advance sustainable water governance.

Educational requirements include B.Sc. in Soil & Water Conservation or M.Sc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in water resource management, Hydrology, or Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in watershed development, irrigation planning, or rural water management.
• Skills in participatory planning, GIS mapping, and water data interpretation.

• Conduct mapping and assessment of water resources to design integrated watershed and water-use optimization plans.
