Role Overview
As a Software Tester Intern at Thor Signia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI products and software solutions. You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify bugs, test features, and contribute to delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to understand features and requirements.
- Participate in test planning and test case design.
- Support automation testing efforts using basic scripting.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
- Provide feedback on usability and user experience.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills for reporting bugs and issues.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn testing tools and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Understanding of API testing concepts.
