Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, create detailed test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and log defects with clear steps to reproduce using defect tracking tools.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
• Provide status updates and test reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
• Prepare test summary and quality reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Software Development Models (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL.
• Knowledge of test case design techniques, testing concepts, and requirement understanding.
• Ability to read and analyze software requirements.
• Ability to evaluate and estimate requirements.
• Ability to analyze the impact of change requests.
• Experience in preparing and reporting defect reports.
• Ability to ensure software meets design specifications and quality standards.
