Job summary

Zensar seeks an experienced QA professional to lead mobile and web application testing across API, UI, and backend services in a fast-paced digital space.

You will work with BrowserStack, REST–Assured, Postman, and automation tools, contributing to test plans, defect management, and collaboration with Agile teams. This senior role requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in mobile and web app testing lifecycle with API testing.
• Experience with iOS, Android, and major browsers (Chrome/IE/Safari).
• Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar tools.
• Experience in API testing and REST Assured or equivalent.
• Proficient in test automation and mobile automation (SoapUI, Postman).
• Strong communication, analytical and database skills.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps and Scrum methodologies.
• Jira knowledge essential; ISTQB certification is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least Seven years' experience in mobile and web application testing lifecycle with API testing.
• Working knowledge of mobile & web OS systems such as iOS, Android, Chrome, IE, Safari.
• Working knowledge of BrowserStack or similar tools.
• Experience in Online & Digital (Web, Mobile & App) space
• Experience in API Testing
• Experience in Rest Assured or similar tools
• Experience in Test Automation, Mobile Automation, SoapUI, Postman
• Story Analysis, Test Case Creation and Execution Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and database skills
• Understanding of modern development methodologies, Agile, DevOps, Scrum
• Experience in Defect Management Life Cycle
• Jira Knowledge essential
• Experience in Retail and ISTQB Certified will be an added advantage
