We are seeking a versatile senior software manager to develop cutting‑edge software solutions for new/existing products in the Inspection domain. Inspection provides the science, techniques, and precision devices that are used to determine if parts or features of a chip have any defective locations. Using Inspection tools, chipmakers can achieve the required extreme inspection sensitivity, inspect more often, collect more data, accelerate yields, and lower the cost per wafer. The system combines industry‑leading speed with high resolution and advanced optics that capture more data per scan.

In this role, your duties will be to develop and deploy new products with the latest technology, build a strong team with an Agile mindset, and adopt quick changes according to business needs.
Also, you will supervise software developers, analyze software performance and configuration systems, manage the deployment and integration of new software, and hire new software developers. You will work with the latest technology like React, Redux, Java, Spring, Python, image processing, AI/ML, and MySQL with monolith/SOA/microservice architecture running on CPU/GPU. You will also evaluate and introduce new technology to improve performance, user experience, and developer experience.
Has knowledge of best practices and how the own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
