Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements to prepare test cases, test scenarios, and testing checklists.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, exploratory testing, and system testing.
• Test applications across Android, iOS, web browsers, desktop platforms, and XR devices.
• Review client testing reports and understand reported issues and application behavior.
• Communicate client reported issues, feedback, and expected behavior clearly to the development team.
• Coordinate with developers to reproduce, verify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Report bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, logs, and device information.
• Test REST APIs, backend integrations, authentication flows, and application workflows using appropriate tools.
• Support release validation, smoke testing, and quality assurance activities before production deployment.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and defect tracking records.

Key Responsibilities

• Test applications across Android, iOS, web browsers, desktop platforms, and XR devices.
• Review client testing reports and understand reported issues and application behavior.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of test case design, defect reporting, bug tracking, and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze client reported issues and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
• Experience using Jira, Postman, Browser Developer Tools, or similar testing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Virtual Reality VR, Augmented Reality AR, Extended Reality XR, gaming, simulation, or 3D applications.
• Experience testing applications on Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, or Apple Vision Pro devices.
• Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, OpenXR, or WebXR.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools including Unity Test Framework, NUnit, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Understanding of API testing, backend validation, and cross platform compatibility testing.
