Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an embedded software engineer to develop software for household appliances. You will participate in the full software development cycle, develop unit and functional tests, and engage with customers and international teams to define requirements.

The role involves Linux Yocto projects, BSP modifications, device trees, drivers, U-Boot, and display subsystems, with MCU firmware using Zephyr/FreeRTOS and various communication

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MTech with Electronics/CS as core subject.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software for household appliances.
• Participate in full software development life cycle (requirements, design, coding, testing).
• Develop and execute unit and functional tests.
• Provide technical proposals and estimations for new projects.
• Interact with customers and international partners to define requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive architecture.
• Work with Embedded Linux Yocto project, BSP modification and board bring-up.
• Handle Linux device tree, drivers, U-Boot, and display subsystems.
• Interface protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi, NFC, USB; GUI/Display LVGL/Qt.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
