Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a skilled integration engineer to design, build, and support SAP Concur-based T&E solutions. You will deliver secure, scalable integrations across expense, travel, and related workflows, ensuring policy adherence and data integrity.

You will partner with Finance, Travel, HR, and Security to translate requirements into robust technical designs, implement APIs and batch jobs, and support production operations in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• SAP Concur Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions, preferably SAP Concur in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven solutions across SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL, file-based interfaces (SFTP), message queues, and iPaaS patterns.
• SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting data issues across systems.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization: OAuth2, SAML, and SSO.
• Git and CI/CD exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Concur-focused solutions across Expense, Travel, Request/Authorization, and related T&E workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Concur and enterprise systems (ERP/GL, HRIS, IAM/SSO, data warehouse).
• Develop automation for: Expense creation and validation, Receipt ingestion/attachment workflows, Policy checks, audit rules, and approval routing.
• Implement APIs, middleware, and batch jobs to move data reliably (near real-time and scheduled).
• Ensure data quality: mapping, transformations, currency/tax handling, cost objects and compliance fields.
• Own non-functional requirements: observability, logging, alerting, performance tuning, scalability, resilience.
• Drive secure development practices: secrets management, least privilege, encryption in transit/at rest, auditability.
• Partner with Finance, Travel, HR, and Security stakeholders to translate policy and accounting needs into technical designs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and tests; participate in code reviews and engineering standards.
• Support production operations: incident triage, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement (SLOs/SLAs).

Role Summary Design, build, integrate, and support Travel & Entertainment (T&E) solutions centered on SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice as applicable). You'll deliver secure, reliable integrations and enhancements across expense automation, approvals, audit/compliance, and downstream finance systems-improving employee experience while ensuring policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• SAP Concur Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions, preferably SAP Concur in an enterprise environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Integration Experience: Experience building and supporting integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven solutions , particularly across SaaS platforms.
• Enterprise Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with common integration patterns including ETL, file-based interfaces (SFTP), message queues, and iPaaS solutions , along with best practices like error handling and retry logic .
• Data Management: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis , with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues across systems.
• Security & Access: Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth2, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO) .
• DevOps & Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and exposure to CI/CD pipelines or structured release processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Concur data objects and workflows (expense reports, items, allocations, attendees, approvals, audit rules).
• Experience with enterprise finance concepts: GL posting, cost accounting, VAT/GST , multi-currency, and reimbursement cycles.
• iPaaS/middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato , Azure Integration Services, AWS integration tooling).
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) including serverless and containerized workloads.
• Observability tooling experience (APM, centralized logging, metrics, tracing).
• Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, PCI considerations for travel/card data).
