Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Rust Developer to build a high-performance endpoint application in Rust. The role targets engineers with deep expertise in systems programming, networking, concurrency, and performance optimization.

You will work with Actix-web/Axum/Rocket, REST/gRPC, and relational databases, with Docker and Kubernetes basics. Strong problem-solving and clear communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience building production systems in Rust.
• Expert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).
• Must have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
• Knowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.
• Experience with Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) via Diesel or SQLx.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Docker and Kubernetes basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

About the role

• We’re looking for an experienced Rust Developer to help build a high-performance endpoint application in Rust
• This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise in systems programming, networking, concurrency, and performance optimization
• 3–6 years of professional experience building production systems in Rust.
• Expert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).
• Must have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
• Knowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.
• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.
• Relational and/or embedded databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite (via Diesel or SQLx).
• Git & Git workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
• Docker and Kubernetes basics.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Creative, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around memory safety and concurrency issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of systems-level design patterns and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
