Copods is seeking a passionate Rust Engineer to design and develop high-performance backend services. You will work on cloud-native, distributed systems and RESTful APIs, focusing on scalability and reliability, with Docker and Kubernetes for deployments.

The role requires 3+ years of Rust experience and strong knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms, and observability. You will collaborate across product and design teams in a distributed environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional Rust development experience.
• Strong understanding of Rust concepts including ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience building backend services and distributed systems in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Strong experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.

Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate Rust Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance, cloud-native backend services using Rust, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. You will work on modern distributed systems, microservices architectures, and RESTful APIs while leveraging Rust's memory safety and concurrency features to build secure and efficient applications.

The ideal candidate has experience building and operating backend systems in production environments, with strong knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms, containerization, and performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that can scale with growing business and technical demands.
