Job summary

PhonePe is seeking a mobile engineer to deliver pixel-perfect UI for Android and iOS, with deep native API integrations and robust debugging across platforms. You will diagnose performance bottlenecks, maintain high-quality code, and contribute to automated tests to ensure reliability.

The role emphasizes clean JavaScript/TypeScript code, ES6+ practices, and designing scalable app architectures for a growing payments platform.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving skills.
• 3–5 years of full-time mobile development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with ES6+ syntax.
• Ability to write well-documented, clean code.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Gradle).
• Understanding of REST APIs and offline storage.
• Ability to design complex app architectures.
