Job summary

Enexus Global Inc. in Hyderabad seeks a skilled engineer to design and debug stateful, multi-step systems, including state machines, session management, and workflow engines. You will join a team building robust dialog and knowledge architectures.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and production incident response, with emphasis on integrating backend systems and ensuring reliable deployments. A minimum of 3+ years in similar roles is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing stateful, multi-step systems such as state machines, session/context management, or workflow engines.
• 3+ years with REST API integration including mTLS, OAuth2, JWT client assertions, certificate lifecycle, and secret management.
• 3+ years of automated testing design, mocking, and test strategy.
• 2+ years of CI/CD pipeline construction using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Git-based branching and environment promotion workflows.
• 3+ years of production debugging from logs, traces, and metrics with no interactive debugger access.
• Experience with reading and working within an existing framework or SDK that must not be modified.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify conversational flows across dialog, orchestration, and knowledge layers.
• RAG / knowledge-retrieval tuning.
• Own escalation logic: transfer conditions, routing destinations, context payload, and reason-code registration.
• Experience with LLM-driven conversation: prompt behavior, guardrail design, and awareness that models generate content nobody authored.
• Integrate backend systems through the established handler layer.
• Author automated tests — unit tests plus platform conversation-level test cases — and maintain the regression suite.
• Build and own CI/CD: validation, test execution, and gated promotion across environment tiers.
• Own deployment and rollback; act as first responder for production incidents.
• Independently diagnose and remediate defects to root cause, with a regression test accompanying every fix.
• Own configuration and feature-flag governance.
• Maintain design, test, and state documentation in alignment with running behavior.
• Reconcile inbound platform changes that originate outside version control, classifying behavioral versus cosmetic impact.
