Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Architect/Lead for semiconductor lab automation. You will design and implement automation frameworks, integrate NI tools, and drive product characterization workflows across RF and mixed-signal domains.

Lead features from definition to release, collaborate with global R&D teams, mentor juniors, and push for continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python and C# for software development.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, data structures, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience diagnosing complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Knowledge of integrating software with measurement systems or hardware environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities
